Introduction to Function and Operation:

The Hand Pull Unit Drawer is a versatile accessory designed for low voltage switchgear drawer switchboard DLC2. It offers a range of features and functions for convenient and reliable operation:

  1. Simple Operation: This mechanism’s drawer is operated by hand pulling and pushing, providing a user-friendly and reliable locking mechanism. It is available in different drawer heights: H=150, 200, 300, 400, and 600.
  2. Built-in Functions: The mechanism incorporates essential functions, including a three-position display, locking, and interlocking. Users can choose from three handle height options: 67, 82, and 119.
  3. Rear Outlet Structure: The drawer features a rear outlet structure and offers various drawer currents, including 125A, 250A, 400A, and 630A.
  4. Convenient Stroke: The stroke from the test position to the connection position is 24mm. The test position is for primary disconnection and secondary connection, while the connection location is for secondary connection.
  5. Transfer Switches: The mechanism provides one set of one open and one close transfer switch in both the test and connection positions. This is an improvement over the conventional method, which only provides one set of one open and one close switch in the test position.
  6. Position Indication: A rotating arrow indicates the corresponding position area on the drawer, simplifying operation.
  7. User-Friendly Locking: The drawer can be pushed to the connection position by pressing and holding the unlock button on the left handle. When the handle is closed, the mechanism lock rod secures the positioning block on the partition board of the drawer’s bottom plate, locking the drawer in place. The unlock button is also secured to prevent unintentional movement. To unlock the drawer, open the handle and press the unlock button for easy removal.
