The Solid Insulated Switch serves as the core component of the Solid Insulated Ring Net Cabinet, integrating vacuum circuit breakers or load switches, isolation switches, and grounding switches in a compact and efficient design. With a front and rear arrangement, the switch actuator is positioned at the front, and the switch’s secondary part is located at the back. This arrangement reduces unnecessary transmission sections, resulting in energy and parts savings, and ensures high transmission efficiency.

 

Description

The secondary part utilizes the APG automatic gelation process, encapsulating the vacuum interrupter, and the isolation and earthing switches in a specialized epoxy resin, forming a sealed pole unit with exceptional insulation and electrical performance. These solid insulated switches can be assembled as modules with the switchgear into different functional units. The operating mechanisms of the switch and the disconnecting switch are modularized, and the spring-operated mechanism of the disconnecting switch is interlocked with the main switch, leading to fewer parts and increased reliability. The disconnecting switches can be electrically operated as per the user’s requirements.
